Due to the nature of our limited releases, specialty products, and pre-order items, please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Policy

All sales are considered final unless an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or preference
  • Delays related to pre-orders
  • Shipping carrier delays outside of our control     

    Pre-Order Purchases

    Some products may be offered as pre-orders or advance reservations.

    By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that fulfillment may take longer than standard in-stock products.


    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

    Non-Refundable Items

    • Discounted items

    Approved Refunds

    If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
